This privacy policy (the "Policy") sets out how we will use, process and protect any personal information that you provide or which we collect when you use CultureArk software (the "Services") or the website via which the Services are provided (the "CultureArk Site").

1.3 This Policy applies in addition to and subject to CultureArk's Terms of Service from time to time in relation to the use of the Services (the "Terms of Service"). Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it.

2.1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on the CultureArk Site. This includes information provided at the time of creating a login account to use, and upload material to, the CultureArk Site and any feedback forms completed by you in respect of CultureArk services.

5.1 We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you online.

6.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our parent company Fastnet Archiving Ltd. and any of its subsidiaries (if any) (the "CultureArk Group"). All members of the CultureArk Group follow privacy practices which are at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

While we try to link only to websites that share our standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. CultureArk reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by e-mail.
